Our Commitment
The Luxe Service Guarantee
We stand behind the services included in your approved scope of work. If a covered area does not meet the agreed cleaning standard, notify us within the applicable inspection period and provide photographs of the concern. When the concern qualifies under our guarantee, we will return to correct the affected area as quickly as scheduling and property access permit at no additional labor charge.
Short-Term Rentals
For short-term-rental turnovers, concerns must be reported after service and before guest occupancy whenever reasonably possible.
Commercial Services
For commercial and other scheduled services, concerns must generally be reported within 24 hours.
If a qualifying concern cannot be corrected within a commercially reasonable period, management may approve an appropriate service credit or refund for the affected portion of the cleaning. Refunds will not exceed the amount paid for the affected service.
Exclusions
The guarantee applies only to services included in the approved scope. It does not cover pre-existing damage, permanent staining, excessive mess not disclosed before service, pests, mold remediation, maintenance failures, guest-caused conditions after completion, inaccessible areas, interrupted utilities, inadequate water or electricity, unapproved third-party work, or conditions requiring licensed specialists.
